All shipping is normally carried out by Bring or Postnord. The goods are dispatched from our warehouse in Steinkjer. The package is sent to the address you have provided and will either be delivered to your local post office or your mailbox if possible.

If Silkemyk sends a package back due to an incorrect address or similar reasons, Silkemyk reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of the shipment.
NOTE: To prevent incorrect or failed delivery by the postal service, it is important that you enter the correct name, address, and postal code when you order. It is also important that your mailbox is labeled with the same name as in the order.
